Our original plain sourdough loaf. Small-batch, hand shaped, and freshly baked. This airy loaf is made with organic flour, spring water, and salt. It takes over 24 hours to make from start to finish. We love using this loaf for avocado toast, paninis, and BLT sandwiches. But our favorite way to enjoy it is keeping it simple- warm dipped in olive oil or lightly toasted smothered in softened grass fed butter.
